Samoan language week

On Samoan language week And that is Monday we Tasted some of the Samoan food.It was so fun because we had to have five groups.In my group it was Masiha,Sylvia,hopelilly,April and me of course.First we went to talo and that is named taro.We didn't get to Have a taste because we ran out of time.

On Tuesday we played so much fun games.On Wendsday It was a special ceremony for the Samoans. They have a special ceremony every  June the 1st.First they sang some lovely Samoan songs.Then they told use a story about what happen to the Samoans in the olden days.Then we went to go to a portage place and taken it to our class to eat together.

Today we have been learning about hand washing.We had to put this germ cream on our hands.Then we had to go out to wash our hand so Here are some tips about washing your Hands!

New Market Primary School

One sunny day New Market came to our school.They came into room 15.That is our lovely class.When they came they came on the mat.Then Mrs b said that New market and our class should met before they go outside.Then we started to talk to someone.I met Isabella and poppy.We Became friends in one day.

We went outside to go to the flax.I cut some flax with Isabella and poppy.Then we had to cut some more.We Cut over one hundred flax.Then  it was time to go and we had to lift up the flax in the bag.Then we dropped it next to the wall next to the fountains.We walked up the stair's and waited in till the bell rang.

Then the bell rang and we ate our lunch.We went outside and played on the playground.On the playground we played on the monkey bars.Then the bell rang and we had to go to class.In class we had to sit on the mat.We sang some lovely songs.Then sadly we had to say goodbye to New Market because they had to go back to there school.
